For a while now, I’ve been guilty of living by the old adage, ‘Do as I say, not as I do’. While reminding my clients how important it is to be consistent in their marketing efforts and to add fresh content packed full of value to their website, I haven’t been listening to my own advice because, of course, paying clients come first.
However, these last couple of weeks have seen me become a woman on a mission. I’ve decided to listen to my own advice and replace my old website with one that better reflects my copywriting services. It’s been a learning curve because web designer I am not. However, here it is – live and good to go. There might be some kinks to iron out along the way and I may change my mind about what works and what doesn’t once I start reviewing the data from Google Analytics but I’ve realised that it’s okay to fine tune things as I go along. In fact, it’s incredibly important to keep your website evolving and changing to keep up with Google’s latest updates.
